Erm, Photoshop is a lot of money unless you can find someone who has it and get a copy from them.
There are a lot of free programs that I've never heard of until DIS:
I only remember www.gimp.org though..

How d'ya get to upload that size? When I find an avatar on iconator, save it on my computer, and upload it on DIS it says that it exceeds the allowed KBs. I can't find any smaller ones. :\

I tried a BUNCH.. what I do is left-click it, go to properties, copy and paste the link into the link box. Multiple times.
