With old people, they're deaf so they have to yell to hear themselves. WIth little kids, they're naturally loud...

It was really loud at the festival thing. I hated it. It was annoying. For some reason, they were blasting It's a Small World over the stereos near one of the rides, which made it worse...

My mother has a hearing aid...my grandfather is deaf in one ear too...but he has better hearing than my grandmother, but she's like six years older than him. Or...I heard cancer/chemo can mess up your hearing and she had cancer three times...my niece likes screaming all the time. She's almost two.

That is true. I lost 40% of my hearing, from frequencies 4 and 5 which are the highest. I have hearing aids but I never wear them because they hurt.
