Just got back from helping set up my sons Pre-K class. It was fun seeing all the kids in the halls on the first day of school. It did make me a little sad seeing the moms outside crying as they said goodbye to the little ones knowing that next year I will be in the same spot. I guess this is a good reminder to me to really enjoy this last year with my little guy.

the rest of the the meals will be in our villa or QS meals.

So since we are entering packing mode, I'm making my list and wanted to get some more input from you that have been there in late Nov.? Will it really be around 75 degrees, with cool mornings and evenings? Will we be able to enjoy the pool?

I always joke that DH has absolutely no excuse for forgetting either our anniversary or how long we've been married...we got married on Veteran's Day 2000. Next year will be the funny one - celebrating our 11th on 11/11/11!

I have had great experiences at WDW with my own food allergies. I am severely allergic to pork (yeah, I know...weird) & other things not as much. You can actually contact WDW ahead of your visit to discuss any food allergy issues. Like someone said, there is a thread on the Dis somewhere about this. Chefs will come out to talk & will make special arrangements - for instance, I wanted a certain dish but it had bacon in it, so they made mine without bacon. Allears has most menus available on their website.

WOW, it is great to know another person allergic to pork. When I tell people that I am allergic to pork, they look at me like I am crazy and ask me "you cannot eat bacon?" I tell them bacon comes from a pig and I cannot eat any meat that comes from a pig

I don't know what happens to you when you eat pork, but my tonsils flare up and I get sharp pains in my throat, where my tonsils are at.

Any of you have an IPhone or similar device that you can put the free app on to check ride wait times, etc on?

My husband put it on his one day last week......we've been watching the times all weekend just to see how crazy busy it was this past holiday weekend. AND to watch as they drop as we get closer to our arrival!!!

Now, who's excited?

I have been doing the same thing for months. I know I'm a dork, but I am so excited I have the app for touringplans and also for Ride Hopper lite.

Anyone here ever upgrade to season passes? We are thinking about doing this on our last day of our Nov stay b/c we are planning on going back in June and again in the fall next year. Just curious if that is the most economical thing to do? What is the cost if we have 8 day hopper passes to upgrade???

Wow - that list is impressive! Let us know how you did with 3 table service meals most days....DH and I are going deluxe in November too, but are using 1 credit for breakfast or an early lunch, and then doing a signature each night....we never use all of our snack credits on the regular plan, so we'll fill in between meals and hopefully not end up with a gazillion left when we check out.
