Theme is all about personal preference. I feel connected to the SSR theme because my great grandparents and grandparents used to stay at the real Saratoga Springs in Upstate New York on their vacations in the 1900's and 1920's and we have some really great photos from my grandmother's album taken back then that look ALOT like the ones hanging in the resort rooms. I find it a very charming resort. But then, I'm more turn of the century charm than futuristic shine (BLT). OKW had a nicely themed pool. We also found at OKW that there wasn't a good place to eat the quick service food INDOORS. We ended up eating breakfast at a picnic table by the dock, which was ok because it was October, but it would be horrid if it were summer! Saratoga has a nice indoor eating area with outside tables too.
Yes, absolutely. That is what is so great about Disney - there is definitely something for everyone!
I guess I'm more of a futuristic person. I would love to stay at BLT!! But I also love those beachy type resorts too - Love the CBR and OKW theme.
When I'm in FL I want to feel like I'm in FL!! (Probably because I am from PA
) Sun, sand, hammocks, and palm trees!
But it is my goal to give each and every WDW resort a try!

. My son's team won both games
and the tournament continues this week. Doesn't it always seem that everything happens at once?
And that was during marathon week. What is Jersey Week? The whole state of Jersey goes? Why? Never heard of this. Our school are always closed the first monday and tuesday in November for election day and teacher conferences. Is this the same week. I've thought of going to Disney then, but 4 days is so short. We usually go to Colonial Williamsburg since its only 3 1/2 hours away. Your last comment has me worried. Before our November trip, we're coming down (a side benefit of taking my son to college in Florida) Aug 11th through the 19th! Last year we came down mid July and it was the time that teen tour groups from South America come and there were hundreds of groups of teens dressed alike and with a chaperone flag bearer chanting and shouting everywhere!! They were WORSE than the heat (which was pretty bad---but honestly.... its like 100degrees and super humid here in Northern VA today)

I know! I was all prepared to have to tell AT just how it was, but then they were really nice about it!!

Not that I'm complaining about it and I wouldn't mind another day or two of DH waiting on me hand and foot
, but I'm hardly even limping even without the crutches. Weird. The best thing today was being able to take a complete shower!
Sounds like a fun trip for you and your DH!
