Oh come on!!

I used to live in Texas. Where do you live? Hebrew National Franks are the leading Kosher brand! They're wonderful and even now come in reduced fat, and maybe fat free (but the fat free ones aren't great). You'll probably not find a "kosher" market in most small towns, but you'd probably find one in Austin, Dallas and Houston and Galveston. The oldest Jewish congregation in Texas is in Galveston. However, kosher foods are everywhere. You just need to know their symbols to find them. For instance, Entennmans baked goods are kosher. Heinz ketchup is. Bushes baked beans vegetarian (blue label) is kosher, although their other varieties are not. This means the vegetarian ones (orthodox certification) are made in a separate facility. I even found kosher food in HEB! You probably won't find a kosher deli though, unless you're in a big city.
