Don't want to confuse you - but we just switched resorts again! Got a PIN, and switched from the Dolphin to POP - saved $1400!!!

Thank you! I can't wait. November is SO far away, not that I'm wishing the spring and summer to go by too fast, but....:rolleyes1

 I know what you mean!! I love spring and summer, but it's okay if they go by quickly this year!! ::yes::

Congrats on the PIN! :thumbsup2

November is our favorite time to go! We'll be visiting 11/13-11/20, staying at POR :woohoo:

:welcome:

November is great and so is POR!! :goodvibes

I don't know all these acronyms yet but myself, my wife, my 14 and 11 year olds are going from 11/3 - 11/13.

We're staying at the Pop Century. We've decided on 3 days at MK, 3 days at Epcot, 2 Days at Hollywood studios, 1 day at Animal Kingdom, and 1 day at Universal (we're big Harry Potter fans).

We're on the Deluxe Dining Plan. I saw someone posting about this earlier. We are planning 3 sit down meals a day, the meals are our break.

We haven't decided which parks on which days or decided on restaurants yet.

Someone else mentioned Fantasmic. We're absolutely in on that. This is our kids first trip and our first trip since we were kids, so we plan to really do it right.

We may spend the better part of an entire day doing the Kim possible thingy and exploring world showcase.

And I just learned we'll be there for this Christmas party. YAY!

I just found a new thread with lots of things not to be missed (Title: Things I never would have done without the DIS): http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2269362

Very cool! :thumbsup2

Hey Shelly (and other November friends) We are not going this November but I wanted to watch your thread and learn all of the tricks. That way, when Nov. 2011 rolls around, I will be SET!

Hi there! Thanks for adding me to the crew (my dates are actually the 6-14, though :))!

I'm Shell, wife to Mark, mom to Jared (boy 19 .... US Marine, not going to WDW with us this time :(), Jonah (boy 14), and Jaydin (girl 4 .... this one is proof God has a sense of humor). For the last 2 years, we've done 7-night DCL cruises to the western Caribbean. I needed a *real* dose of Disney this year. My mom (75) generally travels with us, as well.

This will be our first trip to WDW since 2006 (other than MNSSHPs). My dd doesn't really have a concept of the parks at this point since all she remembers are cruises and MNSSHPs. :)

We're staying at the Polynesian, CL. It's the only resort on the monorail line at which we've not stayed.

I'm looking forward to reading the thread and getting to know everyone. Wow .... I DO love the planning!!!!!!!!

Just HAD to see my new ticker. :) I have so missed having a ticker since last Sept. :rotfl::thumbsup2

Ack! I missed the move-over. Gotta go back and read up! :thumbsup2 Subbing!

I'm not sure. . . I have been watching them closely and their rates are so high anymore. . . :confused3 We used to get excellent rates with them. I haven't seen a great deal between PIT and MCO in a LONG time. :sad2: I hope you are able to get one from your city! :wizard:

We booked with AirTran this time. We have flown with them before and like them a lot. The only thing I don't like about them is the stupid baggage fees. But we can usually get away with only checking 2-3 pieces of luggage for the 4 of us, so it won't be that much of an added expense. We got RT airfare for the 4 of us for $715 for November!! :cheer2: I'm glad I booked when I did, our flights are up to $150 each way now. :scared:

We booked with Airtran too, out of Indianapolis. Tickets dropped to 77 each way and I jumped on them a few weeks ago! Plus, you have to add to choose your seats, and because I didn't want the kids to not be sitting with us, this is a must.
Our Undercover Tourist 8 day Park Hoppers arrived TODAY! That is very exciting! The trick now is to not lose them in the next 6 1/2 months!
