I'm used to planning a trip a whole year ahead and only decided to do this one three short weeks ago! Time is flying!

Ya'll need to get a countdown ticker. Nothing like it to make you crazy. You can get one for your posts here at www.tickerfactory.com and a really neat one for your desktop at www.mousetrack.com. The mousetrack ticker has a neat little monorail that zooms by every minute or so. You do have to reopen it, though, if you log off or turn your puter off. We're checking in on
12/8 also, (at POR) and according to Mousetrack, I have 106 days, 22 hours, 34 min, and 51 sec. until I'm pulling outta the driveway. Then the long 9 hour car trip begins.

Isn't it maddening to plan a trip a year ahead of time??!! Once Christmas was over last year, I used my Disney "Countdown to Christmas" calendar to count down to this trip. I've driven my husband crazy. Now all the plans are made, except that I have to call in at 7 a.m. on 9/13 to hopefully get a Wishes Cruise for 12/12, and my DH wants me to try to get a fishing trip for that morning also. I feel like I'm all dressed up with nowhere to go.

You'll love WDW at Christmas. It's gotta be the best time of year, as far as I'm concerned. The decorations just make it absolutely beautiful, the weather's mostly perfect (except that it can get a little chilly at night), and the crowds are fairly light. Do you have any "special" events planned? The Candlelight Processional is definitely worth doing, and we always get the dinner package with it.

Currently starting to plan a trip for 12/14-12/16 most likely. The 14th will be my 30th birthday!!! I think we're gonna stay at Pop, but haven't gotten that far in planning. Still planning our Halloween trip!
