Is there anyway to merge them so that we aren't having to post/follow 2 separate groups?
To those who have run it before, how are water stations? I'm trying to figure out whether I would need to wear my hydration belt.
Also, to those who have visited my blog, 1st thank you! 2nd) no new posts have been done for a long while because work overtook running. Hoping to resume this week.
The water stations for the Princess were pretty frequent. I ran with my hydration belt and didn't need it too often. This year was on the cool side. All the water stops were set up so that the first set of volunteers were handing out lemon lime powerade. They use the powder mix so the strength varried a bit from one stop to another. Then the next set of voluneers had water. I mostly used my water to get my Cliff Shots down.

Nope, no races here for a long while, but I put in 4 miles Sat. for my first week of TOT 10-Miler training 

I am seriously craing some major endorphines!
Luckily, it was a very small race and no one got ran over.

I'm signing up for a 10K this summer that I've not done yet, and from past results, it looks as if about 50 people sign up for it!
