Well, Lobo is now at a shelter. It was the hardest thing for me to do and i cried the whole time but I was left with no choice yesterday.
It was the best decision though ... i can tell how much more relaxed our house is now without him freaking out at everything.
I agree that you did the right thing for your family. I know it wasn't easy, and we had to get rid of a dog over a year ago now that I still think about and worry about whether she got adopted and how her new family treats her, if she misses us, feels like we abandoned her, etc. She wasn't a violent or dangerous dog, but situations changed and nobody in our family could keep her anymore. I still feel terrible.
Well i have decided to take the job after talking to my old boss.
Congrats & good luck in the new job! When do you start?
-- I got into a fender bender on my way to work.
-- Colin had a raging ear ache, his first real fever and then developed what we think was roseola.
-- We spent this weekend in Dearborn, Michigan on a mini holiday. The good: a visit to Greenfield Village was really cool. The bad: Colin no longer does very well sleeping in the same room as us. It was BAD!! Also, I got food poisoning or SOMETHING
Sounds like you've been going through a lot lately! I hope things continue to get better for you! We're pretty sure that Alex had roseola before (his first real fever too), but when we called his pediatrician, they said that they didn't need to see him anyway b/c there was nothing they could do. Unless the fever didn't break or the rash didn't go away, they said it was unnecessary.

We had a great time yesterday at my cousin's for a pool party/Prison Break season premiere party. We put Alex in the pool with a life vest on, but he still hasn't really mastered balance, and drank A LOT of pool water yesterday, but had a great time. Everytime he started to dip his face under the water, somebody would pull him up and he would come up all grins and giggles.
Does anybody else watch Prison Break? I thought last night's episode was pretty good, better than some last season for sure!
Yesterday he was laying in his crib doing everything possible to not take a nap, and somehow managed to get his leg through the slats in the crib, and then turn it so he couldn't get it back out. I couldn't get it out, and of course, DH is out working in the yard with the chainsaw running. So I have to leave Christopher screaming in his crib while I run outside to get Brian. He's got a little bruise on his leg, but otherwise, no problems. A few hours later, I'm getting him ready to go in the tub. He standing up holding the edge of the tub and watching the water go in, when he decided to try and reach the water. You guessed it - headfirst into the tub. He thought it was funny, but I'm having chest pain
Was Alexander around the hamper or laundry basket? My Alex loves to take things and put things into any type of container, so I am constantly finding things that don't belong in the laundry. These kids keep us busy!
Glad everyone is okay, dog included! lol

I swear, I have got to stop! And I need to stop watching the TV all the time. It's making me crazy!!!
At work we talk about politics, but everyone is respectful. That is seriously lacking in most political arenas (including the DIS). Honestly, sometimes I think it would be easier just not to care.
I think maybe I need to go play tetris or something.
