I just read this on another site, a person complained about the site and her booking problems and here is what she got....

I just got home and there is a message saying I did get a room for the promotion!!! It is from Tuesday morning. I got the video and then the clock said 3+ minutes. I signed in and it gave me the page of death saying it was over. I back arrowed and the video played again. I chose my room, gave my info and the room price changed in the end but it didn't give me the screen again. I booked it anyways and called. I got an email saying they were passing it on to the Tech review team. Then yestuday they said that they were crediting my charge card while they investigated if I did actually get in in the time frame. Last night they said I would know today. Today they said I should know soon. Now I got home and there was a congratulations message! It is only a room for one night in a nearby town but that is what I wanted. yeah!!

They probably gave it to her since it was for only one night. It would have caused them a lot more from the bad press they could have gotten.

I'm really hoping for a deluxe of some sort like the Poly or GF or Contemporary. Places we wouldn't normally stay because we can't justify paying $300 and $400 and $600 a night just to sleep.
We have DVC and can stay at Boardwalk, Animal Kingdom Lodge etc. I was just hoping for one of the deluxes.

So who has vacations already planned for 2009? Not including the one that we are all going to win in a matter of minutes

I don't know if it can really be considered a vacation, but we are traveling to Michigan this summer to visit family.

I haven't gone on a trip since 2005 (not counting work trips.. those TOTALLY don't count)..

Before that it was 2001 (or was it 2000?)....

I have nothing planned this year. I was HOPING for 2010. This would be AWSOME if I could win this.

I don't know if it can really be considered a vacation, but we are traveling to Michigan this summer to visit family.

I'm going to Disney in April 09. Hoping to win this free hotel stay so we can spend more and stimulate the economy. I feel it is my duty as a citizen and all.

I am so glad I have all of you for support in this. DH just walked by (laughing at me as usual) and said that for $6 he would buy me 6 scratch off lotto tickets and then maybe I would actually have a shot at getting reservation somewhere.

Make it two $3.00 tickets. Than you have a chance at $31 million.

My husband said something similar to me about lotto tickets. I told him sure...after Friday night.

Well I am trying to get a hotel for a wedding that we are going to in St.Louis in June. We want to make a mini vacation out of it. I have a trip planned for Disney in Dec. I was hoping to get the $1 hotel for St. Louis, so we could use the money we would be spending to go towards our Disney trip.
