The NEW five dwarves...

Was at my in-laws for a Christmas Eve evening supper and they had a Disney trivia game to play which we all had great fun with (they're as mad about Disney as we are!). However, over the course of the evening, we came up with some slightly different answers to what were on the cards - mainly to do with the names of the dwarves in Snow White.

Now I will claim that alcohol played no part in how 'interesting' these answers were but I doubt you'll believe me, especially if I was to say that by the end of the quiz, we could barely read the questions out without rolling around in hysterics!

It all started when one contestant confidently named all seven dwarves straight off with no hesitation. Except they managed to name Happy twice (at the expense of Bashful I believe)! Asked to try again, they this time managed to merge Grumpy and Dopey together to form a new dwarf by the name of "Gropey" - I wouldn't want to get too close to him!

A new dwarf was then crowned when the question "What film did Wheezy sing at the end of?" was answered with Snow White instead of Toy Story 2, only for that to be topped just minutes later when in a picture round, Cosgworth was somehow mistaken for Doc!

So, I introduce to you the brand new dwarf line-up for 2006 - Happy, Gropey, Wheezy, Cosgworth and Happy!

I am glad to hear you are having a great time. My son and husband are having the great board game marathon. First we all played Payday then they went on to plan monopoly and are now playing Risk. There is talk we will have to play Uno afterwards.

Where did you get the disney game?

I don't know - it was my mother-in-law who bought it. It worked much like Trivial Pursuit in that it has different categories of questions and coloured pieces to pick up, but it wasn't an actual 'official' TP game. It came in a silver coloured cardboard box, was called something simple like "Disney Trivia" and the board is shaped like a giant film reel if that's any help. It also had a set of kids questions as well as the adult ones, but frankly by the end of the night, we were finding both sets difficult!

My DD Rhiannon bought me the Disney Trivia game too and we all played it tonight - she won!!! The adult questions are quite hard but we had a good time!!
