The NEW Disney....

So, I've been to Disney many times and had the planning down to a science. When to do what park, how to do each park, when to ride what ride, etc....

NOW - it's all changed. I haven't been since the new FantasyLand opened, they have these wrist bands and people are selecting FP's like they used to do character dining. Is there a go to thread that will help me learn this new process? We would like to go in 2016, so I'd like to start thinking about it. Thanks so much!
