Hello everyone - only 10 days to go and I'm getting very excited!

Can anyone tell me if there is a bus going directly from Downtown Disney to Coronado Springs? The Laughing Place transportation calculator tells me I have to take a bus from DTD to Boardwalk Inn, and then another bus from there to CSR, for a total of 49 minutes?
Yes, there is a bus directly from CSR to DtD and back. It is about a 15-20 min ride each direction. There no longer is a bus that goes to the Boardwalk from CSR though.

Hey Buzz2001?!
Can you give me some details on the room safes? How do they work? Is there one in every room? I'll be at CSR this weekend!!!!
Wooooo WHOOoooOoOOOOO!!!

My trips is fastly approaching too!! I've got 11 days and counting. Anything I should know before I go??? I've already requested the Casiatas, non-smoking, higher up floor overlooking the lake. Since we paid for a preferred room, the kids want to look at the lake. Is there anything else? ANy special tips, anything not to be missed????

Every room has a small wall safe. I think it is about 12 inches wide, by 9 inches high and 3 inches deep. There not very big. It is key operated and don't lose the key because it is $35.00 to replace.

Walk around at night and especially check out the lion fountain and the rest of the courtyards and fountains. Visit the hammocks on the cabana beach at night as well. They recently installed a hammock in front of casita 5 too. Try the margaritas and nachos by the pool.

Can someone describe the bathroom in the handicap rooms of CS? I was looking at the 360 views of the rooms and the bathroom looked like it had a roll in shower? Is that correct?

So there is no tub, just a rather large shower that is level to the floor?

Are these all first floor rooms?

Yes, it has a roll in shower. Not sure if they are all on the first floor. All CSR buildings have elevator access.

I asked this in another post but thought I'd try it here. Are there any buildings at CS that offer a view of fireworks?

Thanks,

Joanne

Thanks!! We arrive at night, so that may be the perfect time to check out the resort!!!!

Is this a nice resort for kids too?
I think so. There is a kiddie pool, playground, 2 arcades and a hair wrap station at the main pool. You can also rent surrey bikes, regular bikes, fishing poles and water mice and other boats.

I don't think so. You can see the tops of some of the higher fireworks. I've seen them from the pool. But not sure about any of the buildings.

Yes they will. They did it for me in April.

Hi -
I'm planning on flying AirTran. I'd actually need to do online check-in, pick seats and print. That seems like quite a bit. Are there any computers available for our use?
Thanks.

Buzz2001, I have so thoroughly enjoyed your site. The pictures are awesome. When I arrive, I will feel like I am at home because I have seen so much thanks to you! Happy Holidays.
