One thing was left off from the Pepper's Market explaination...and that's the "TO GO" option. If you are planning on taking your meal with you to eat in your room or at many of the lovely places around the resort, just tell the host/hostess that you would like a "to go" ticket. You then go about ordering your food...telling each station that it's "to go" (since many cooks don't look at the ticket when they stamp it). There are plastic utensils and plenty of napkins at the condiment station. There are also large, handled bags at the check-out...in case you buy several things, as I did.

When you check-out, you will not be charged the automatic extra 10% gratuity fee.
I did this every time I went to PM in August. It wasn't because of the extra fee. (although that did save us more than $50) It was more because we usually went later in the evening and little ones were back in the room getting ready for bed. I would take one of the older kids and get a bunch of things that we then took back to the room. It was nice to be able to take it back and relax over dinner while the tired little ones (and dh

) went to sleep.
This may not be an option you need, but I thought you ought to know how it works. I didn't quite understand the first time through. Everything is available to go as far as I know. Be sure to get all the toppings and condiments too.
I hope this helps.
