Just to let you know, I called reservations today and they said they couldn't put us in a room w/ a king bed because we have more than 2 people in the room. I kinda figured that but just wanted to check- :goodvibes

We drive off to WDW after school lets out tommorrow! :cool1: Hope to be at CSR before noon on Saturday!!!

Will let everyone know how much pixie dust we find!

Gotta get some rest :cloud9: ... its a long drive :moped: . Gnite!

We just spent 5 nights at CSR and had a great time! :cool1:

We had requested Cabana 9b, but ended up in Cabana 8a after our super-helpful girl checking us in found someone had put us in in a Casita. I was thrilled to be put in a Cabana and my 10 y/o DS son said see the magic is already beginning. pixiedust:

It was a great room with a water view and our own little hammock which the boys loved. :woohoo: RIght by the pool and bus stop too. Housekeeping was great and arriving about the time we left every morning. Toilet did get stopped up, but maintanence was out within minutes of calling.

Pepper Market was interesting with lots of food, but a little pricey. We did enjoy a great breakfast buffet the last morning at the Maya restaurant.

My favorite thing about this resort was just how peaceful it was. :goodvibes
I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

A question about the Pepper Market. Is it possible to do take-out for breakfast (or any of the meals)? I'm an early riser (and my DD isn't) so I would like to be able to go to the Pepper Market, pick up some waffles (or some other hot food) and bring it back to the hotel room for my DD (we're traveling with friends so no, she wouldn't be sleeping in the room by herself) Is that possible? I know I can probably do it the sneaky way (pretend to eat there but in actuality, slipping the food into a doggy bag :rolleyes1 ) but it would be nice to just go order some breakfast and have them put it into a take-out container for me.

If this isn't possible at the Pepper Market, is there anywhere else in the resort where I could pick up some hot breakfast for take-out?

Yes you can get take-out from the Pepper Market for all meals. When you go to the desk to be seated simply tell them your getting the food to go and they will give you a different card to have stamped. You won't have the gratuity tacked on automatically when getting food to go.

Take out was the only way we ate breakfast when we were there. My children could finish getting ready and moving while I went and got everyone breakfast. Additionally many of the breakfasts are ample to share - none of us could eat an entire adult meal.

Hi everyone! :wave2: We just got back at 12:30AM from 8 nights at CSR! I will post my review later, just thought I'd say we had a great time!

Thanks. Good to know about the gratuity thing, too.

Thanks for the info. Just curious....does anyone know if any of the breakfast items considered a snack or are they all considered counter service? (I hope they're not considered table service!) We're on the dining plan and it would be great if we could use the snack credits for breakfast and the counter service credits for lunch...... (I know, I'm probably asking too much :) )

Hi I am thinking of staying at Coronado Springs for our next trip next Dec and I had a question about the Junior Suites with the 2 double beds. Do these suites sleep 6 and are they nice. I have never stayed at Coronado Springs but from reading everything on this thread I can't wait to stay here! Thanks everyone :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:

Check out the confirmed snack thread. Many of the bakery items are considered snacks. You may be able to get fruit or fruit cups as snacks as well. Most of the regular 'breakfasts' are considered counter service.

Many of the combo breakfasts can easily feed two adults.

Thanks. I didn't realize there was a confirmed snack thread. I'll go check it out.

Thanks!
