Not too long but its still feels an age away! I juft found out we go from the north terminal but our hotel is in south. So we'll have to go back and forth a few times! (I hope the monorail is open all night!) I know its not a big deal, but little things like this always make me a bit more nervous!

I'm not a very good traveller really.....although I don't let onto my family.Lol.

I often get my currency from our local tesco extra too

and of course they're not just Euros but M&S Euros

If memory serves me right, then yes the monorail does run all night, although it gets less frequent.

Our yotel booking is at 11.30pm, so will probably leave here at 10.30 ish so we have time to check in in the north terminal and then get the train to south.

Thanks Rob I had a look on the gatwick site and they are every 6 minutes. Haven't been on it since I was little so I'm quite looking forward to it!!

I'm not sure why it's slow to be honest... At this rate, we're not going to be on a new thread by the time Bob gets back

Actually, we're further ahead than I thought we were...

May I suggest whoever closes the thread off creates the new one, to avoid risking 4 or 5 getting created?

It was mentioned that 250 is the ideal max size, so we might only have about a couple of pages before we get closed off automatically.

That depends. If the max hasn't been set at 250, then it could be a long night...

The last one closed at 275 pages exactly, although as I say - 250 was mentioned as being the ideal limit.
