Not alot Mr Tiggs is doing some odd jobs atm and I'm cooking dinner whilst DIS'ing... then prob just watch some tv later.... exciting stuff hey!

I drove into Morpeth today to get Robert from work, where the floods have hit, there is mud everywhere, footbridges have been swept away, shops are closed because they've been flooded, and there's streets closed off with sandbags, etc. The village down the road from us that I showed you pictures of last night is also quite badly hit, but the rivers have gone down and they've been declared as all clear- Thankfully...........

We're alright here in Amble because we're right on the coast and most of it just gets swept out to sea..... But there is some serious damage.....

Glad your DS is ok Small World... Can't even begin to imagine...

The floods are horrific!!! Hope it all settles down soon - I hate the rain (with passion)

But look the thought of a piece of chocolate cake - tomorrow maybe if I'm good. Well, even if I'm bad as it's Anya's bday. She will be 2

Apart from that, been trying to be better organised and look like all those middle-class Highbury mums (which I'm not ) and get my kids into as many classes as possible so that they're shattered in the end and there's no time for Mia's homework and Anya has as many tantrums as I want. Kidding... Want to get Mia into a swimming class and join a dancing class for Anya but both classes seem to be fully booked. We'll see...

That was a performance!! It's my brother's first day at High School tomorrow so my Mam asked me to take some pics of him in his uniform- He wouldn't relax and smile, so I'm afraid I was forced to make up a song about, ahem, female assests.... He's just at that age where they're amusing!

It was more to the tune of 'Tie me Kangaroo down'! I shan't go into the lyrics here though as they would just get starred out! I then had to do a rather undignified version of 'I like Big Butts' (Or whatever it's called!)to make him laugh more!! My mother was in hysterics!!
