I believe that faxing or calling is the only way other than submitting your requests during online check it. The UK number is 0800 16 90 730

Do you think faxing is best to get what you want, or the request when checking in online is just fine? Is there a fax template to use, or just submit request? I just don't want to send and request too much.

We had snow here today, too. I know exactly how you feel. I don't know how I'm going to make it through the winter with no trip of any kind planned. Somehow looking forward to November 2015 will have to do this time.

Who knows, maybe! We're tentatively booked for Nov 7-14, though it may end up being the week after. Depends on DW's work schedule which is obviously not yet known.

I've personally never faxed my requests in. I've only ever called the WDW travel company and had notes out on my file of my requests. It's always worked for me.

As for a template I wouldn't worry about that. Just put your name, travel dates, resort and reservation number on it and state your requests in order of importance.

Maybe this is a known issue here... Been waiting for an EPCOT bus for 45 minutes, Port Royale terminal. Hearing buses have been full, and not able to pick up at this stop. I would suggest avoiding this terminal.

A late response but if it takes 20 mins or more go inside to the concierge desk and let them know. At the bus stops there is a phone you can use if the wait is too long.

THAT is good to know! We waited almost an hour at POP last year. The lines weren't that long to warrant it taking so long. I wish we had known about a phone! (I'm always afraid to go inside to tell them because the bus will arrive and leave while I'm inside.... )

I'll chalk it up to an anomaly. At least, let's hope it is. It's very slow at WDW right now, so if this is the norm, I'd hate to experience a busy time.

There are phones in each of the CBR bus stops. I posted a picture of the phone and it's directory on the CBR picture thread.

Not yet. I'm checking obsessively - I'd like to switch my BB from POR to CBR. I don't think anyone knows when, or at least the BB CM I spoke to said that while they were informed that CBR would become available for parties of 5, they hadn't been given a date...

I keep checking too! We booked the BB for POR and are hoping to switch to CBR also.
