Do any of the quiet pools have a deep end?

Yes they do. I remember taking pictures of the depth of the pool but I haven't uploaded them yet. I'm thinking they were close to 6 feet at the deepest end.

Tomorrow is the 60 day mark for my August trip (16th - 23rd)! Of course my priority will be booking fast passes, but any advice for the online check in? Not sure what to expect. I guess I can request a certain village (although no guarantee), but what else can I expect?

Just added a hammock in the backyard this weekend.....need to start practicing getting in & out of these things for September. And might I add, all the while with a drink in the hand!! Lol

First time posting. We'll be visiting 11/8-11/16. Looking forward to our first CBR stay. Little apprehensive at first but I've enjoyed reading the positive posts. Can someone help me out and point me to the "list"? I see vacation dates are added to it but I'm not sure how I see it.

You've been added. I think some of the other options for room requests are first floor, 2nd floor, corner room and maybe some others. That is why I don't like to make requests during online check in as they are predetermined and used to be very limited. They are better now. If there's something you want to request but don't see it during online check in, call and add that request to your reservation.

Online check-in isn't all that exciting (except for being that much closer to your trip, yay!) It's just a way to pre-register for your stay. You give them your credit card info for charging privileges, give an estimated time of arrival, and make some very general requests (think check "a" or "b"). Definitely do FP+, first. Online check-in can be done at any time.

Just to let the OP know...the "give them your credit card info" is a must for on-line check in. You don't have a choice if you check in on-line. Personally I don't want them to have my CC# because if I can charge on my band...God help me...I would over spend because it is too easy.

Does anyone know if life jackets are available by the pools? In the past I never worried because we drove down so we always brought ours for the kids but this time we are flying and if I can save room I would love it. TIA!

I wanted to add something to dansdad's answer. When we were there May 24th to June 7th, there were also life jackets at the quiet pools which was not something that we have seen before. I don't know if it was a one time thing or if it will become the "norm". They were there for the entire two weeks that we were there.

Thank you as well! I'm not sure how much we will swim but I know we will at some point as we have one day with nothing scheduled for a mid week break so I want to be prepared - this is our longest Disney trip yet - from July 12 - 20!

Looking at the pictures of the resort, I can't wait to stay here!
