The new Arby's Guy

OK I like Arby's sandwiches, same as the next girl...but this new guy singing the Good, Mood, Food slogan grates on my last nerve. He has a comb over even though he is quite cute. The slogan is dumb...yet sticks in your head like a one hit winder...and maybe that was the point. I just heard it for the tenth time this afternoon and cringed. OK vent over, sorry DIS but I just had to type it out loud.

LOL glad someone agrees with me! I haven't seen anyone else bring up how dumb the new Arby's commercials are. "Good mood food"?! Sheesh!

It may rhyme, but it has no flow. They need to throw it out and start over. I know they can do better. The ads have gotten my attention but the song is awkward and hard to listen too.

Also, is it food that you eat to get in a good mood or do you have to already be in a good mood to eat it. The stuff they have been pushing hasn't struck me as comfort food in any stretch of the imagination.

I was going to post something about those annoying commercials a couple weeks ago. They are awful and you definitely remember them but not in a good way.

LOL! Igripeaboutthisguy tomy DHevery time oneofthe commercials comes on. It's like he's yelling at us. It doesn't really put me in a good mood to hear a guy creaming at me just barely in tune!
