G-town is a small enough place, I could have been right next to you and not known it, I go "downtown" every now and again and my DMIL works on Main Street right next to one of the antique malls. I bet the pie you had was at Fava's, was it on Main Street? If not it might have been Jessie Pearls, I've never eaten there but I hear it's good. Did you notice the bricks lining Main Street with names engraved? You may have stepped right on the one I had the kids names put in. It's in front of the Country Peddler shop, you may have gone in there. Too cool. Did you enjoy the Horse Park?

Good morning Tagliarchy! Dropping off Chocolate covered creme filled donuts on my way to work. I'm glad I'm off tomorrow!

[COLOR=FF66CC]llebrekniT[/COLOR] You were close on my color... it is in the blue family, but it is steel blue .

I don't remember that name of the little restaurant, but they serve sandwiches and stuff. It was on the same street as most of the antique shops. Sadly, my memory is like a steel sieve.

I did notice the names on the bricks, and thought that was neat! We went in TONS of shops (I found a nice piece of carnival glass in one).

We enjoyed the Horse Park very much. The exhibit was wayyyy cool, and the Park itself was too. We wandered the grounds for hours and visited with the horses. I think Cigar was tired of his public by the time we found him; he kept turning his rump to us.

Good Afternoon... I am running on slow today.. helping on homework mostly with DS12. I got home late last night and both boys were still up and watching a movie, then DS10 wanted to work on his scrapbook from last spring, so we stayed up for another few hours and worked on his DI Global book. ( his DI team won state last spring and went to Global competition in May)

It's cold and rainy and grey today...I think i'll make some soup and bake some bread...

leaving Dove bars with chocolate ice cream for the Tag Fairy..and maybe some chocolate soup with chocolate chip bread and chocolate butter and jelly.

Nah, nah, nah, boo-boo, I've got new Tinkerbell PJ's from the Disney Store. Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha. They are lilac flannels with a long sleeve top and shorts. AND I've got matchin' lilac Tink slippers too.

And the EVEN BETTER part is that they were 40 percent off PLUS there were offering another 20 percent off EVERYTHING in the store today. So these $29.50 pj's and $16.50 slippers came to about $25.00!!

And the BEST part is that it's only 5:00 p.m., and I am wearing them. Hey, me and boys spent four hours at the mall today. I'm pooped.

Okay, I'm done gloating.

welcome Stepharoonie!, To get a tag you must do lots of clapping. You also have to ask. You must also give the Tag Fairy a reason to tag you, the most common reason is a foot-in-mouth comment/typo. It also takes a little patience...you just never know when a TagFairy will strike...

Or, if you want the quote from LisaTx, Super Moderator...

We call those words your tag or title. Users must be registered at least 30 days and have made 30 posts before they have the opportunity to change their title. Once those conditions are met, and new section will appear automatically under your user cp > edit profile. It will be titled "custom user text" and will be right under the birthday section.

If you get lucky, a mysterious tag fairy could come by and grant your wish for a title. They watch the boards and "tag" you when you least expect it. Sometimes it's something funny you said, sometimes it's something you wish you hadn't said. If you are fortunate enough to be "tagged" by the tag fairy, just a word of advice: don't try to change your tag or it will disappear. While you will be able to change the tag yourself soon, only the tag fairies can add color to your tag.
