First, I'm so glad everything is going well with Farrell's dad! And that's awesome that she's going with you guys over New Year's! Your family seems like they are so sweet and love to have a great time at Disney!

And I'm so happy that you're getting to go in a few weeks with your brother! Good luck with the carry-on only! I'm too much of an over-planner there's no way I could survive without a big bag.

I normally don't relax while I'm in Disney either, but I figured that since I am alone, there is no better opportunity for me to relax than at that time!

Alllllll righty then! I gotta get this itinerary finished, because time it is'a tickin' by!

This will be Chris' first full day. And no, we won't be spending it in WDW. We'll be spending it at that OTHER park. You know.....

The one with that OTHER castle....

Chris hasn't been to Universal since 2007, but not that much has really changed since then. Only the addition of WWoHP and Rip, Ride, Rockit.

We'll be eating breakfast at Old Port Royale before leaving. Then onward!

Plan of attack will be to get into WWoHP first. Obviously, we want to ride Forbidden Journey first and foremost.

Then perhaps.

I really only want to see Buckbeak....

Dragon Challenge maybe. That really depends on what Chris wants to do.

Lunch will probably be at the Three Broomsticks. I'm sticking with kids meals this time around. If you followed along on my February TR, you'll remember my experience with the $20 breakfast that Jason and I shared. Not gonna have that happen again!

Then off to...

Jurassic Park probably, since I barely ever go on that ride, and it will hopefully be warm. I have no pictures of that area, because honestly, Jason and I didn't even set foot in it in February.

I'm SUPER fascinated to see how Chris handles this one!

After a full day at Universal, we will head back to DTD to eat at Cooke's of Dublin. This is one of Chris' requests, and I enjoy the food, so I have no complaint there!

Wow, looking at your "other park" pics makes me REALLY want to go to the "other park". Seriously, I told DBF that next trip we could go; looking at those pics really makes me actually want to (whereas before I was kinda talking out of the side of my face). They've just got such great rides; such EXCITING rides - plus, I AM a Harry Potter fan; I think we'll need to visit maybe on our next trip - as long as it's long enough to "defect" for a day or two.

You know, I didn't have a great desire to go, but now that I've been, I keep wanting to bring other people back so they can see. For me, it's really about WWoHP. I'm a fan too. I would definitely suggest you make a stop on your next trip.

That's very exciting! HP isn't really a roller coaster, so I think you should be able to handle it. It's unlike anything else out there right now, so I think it's definitely worth you trying once.

I love Three Broomsticks! I just like the environment. I ate there for breakfast before, and I'm excited to try it for lunch.

That's so awesome how you'll have a day to hang out with another DISer for a few days and then have some bonding time with your other brother. A big to bringing my favorite little guy, Mr. Yeti! Haha, it's okay. I'm just trying to pound out the updates because I don't want too many things going on. I have two trips coming up, so I have a deadline!

It's going to be a lot of fun, I'm very much looking forward to this trip. I'm excited to be able to meet Megan and spend time with Chris.

I know the updates keep coming, but I don't have much time left to get it all out there!

Before I update, I wanted to share some purchases that I made. In an effort to keep myself more portable (and because I wanted to), I bought a wireless keyboard to use with my iPad.

I also bought a carrying case that transforms into a holder to make it a workstation.

Pretty much the coolest thing that I've ever gotten. It's so lightweight and compact, and now I can completely write my TR notes on my iPad instead. No need to lug my laptop around anymore.

Onto our itinerary for my fifth day.

Touring Plans suggests Magic Kingdom, so that is where we will spend our morning. Since it's Chris and I, thrill rides will definitely be on the list. I'm expecting:

The Triple Mountain Whammy!

I know we'll have some "friendly" competition.

And we'll have to get on a favorite for sure.

And of course my absolute favorite.....

After our fun at the Magic Kingdom, it will be off to...

To spend our evening sampling the offerings of the F&W Festival. This is going to be my happy time. Also likely because some of this will take place.

For anyone that's reading that's been to F&W this year, what suggestions do you have regarding what foods and drinks to sample? Inquiring minds would like to know.

The only thing I was able to sample at the F&WF was the apple strudel with Werthers caramel sauce from Germany and I highly recommend it! Hahaha, other than that I wouldn't know because DH didn't want to wait in any lines. (... me? Oh no, I'm not bitter!)
