The need for Green in May

With almost 600 of us from the DIS going in May... I better see some GREEN!!!

I'll be the one with the lime green "BIG" Mickey Tag on my camera case, you can't miss it... come up and say hello!!!

Hopefully this will show up or link up. Here is a photo of the two different tags I made in November using the Mickey heads. One is a pin and the other is to tie onto a bag. And...I've remembered to put them in my waistpack this time!

Thats so cute! What a great idea I may try that myself. I usually just tie a lime green ribbon on my backpack.

When you wear a lime green ribbon in the parks, it's kinda like a calling card saying...HEY.. I'm a DIS member, come say hello... I have met a couple of folks so far, some really nice people too.

I like the idea of putting a face and a voice to the type if you know what I mean...

Green tags have been made in our house for trip coming in 10 days!!!!!!!! I made some for the kiddos backpacks, my pursepack and the stroller as well!

My home Depot has banned me from the mickey heads in the paint aisle. I have been there so many times to get the green mickey heads (to make tags out of) they all just stare at me, not even asking if I need any help any more.... I have also started using the other colors in my scrap books.

BTW-- I take the green head icon, cut it out, glue it to a piece of card stock, write my DIS name to it, and laminate it. I made one for just about everything, including my luggage tags for the airport!! see you at Home.
