The NCIS Official Thread

No, he was responding to Kurby based on a comment I made to DisneyFed about wondering if he watched Survivor and Kurby added his own opinion.

oh. I couldn't figure it out! I was trying to figure out who Philip was!

well crap.

but you knew that was coming

ohhhhhhh no no no no no no no no no no

where is this going???????????

Ok so 1. if Frankenstein was such a high level assassin thing, wouldn't they have him better secured? and
2. Did they just tell Tony to kill someone? and
3. Does a retired marine not have a uniform to wear for a funeral? (I have no idea, just asking.)

i can speak for the retired part.

when you leave the force (at least in Canada) you have 2 choices - keep your uniform and pay for it or hand it in.

at least that's what my brother told me a few years ago.

now i can see older vets wanting to keep their uniforms but maybe not the younger ones.

no i'm not sure tony was asked to kill someone - he's not an assassin - but he's been asked to find out who's leaking the info - or prove who's in the file is doing it.

wonder if it's gibbs name LOL

I knew there was going to be a cliffhanger. Between this & Castle, I'm exhausted!

The new SECNAV said something about 'black' which made me wonder about whether he was being asked to kill someone.

I wonder if it's not Gibbs because they circumvented him; though EJ took whatever that little pill thing was out of the dead guy and maybe they noticed that when they reviewed the security tapes? But then, EJ is no longer part of the team.

I am confused about something in tonight's episode......

What was the little metal object that EJ cut out of the dead agent's wrist. They showed it and never mentioned it again.

didn't it say it was "operation black"

ok - so let the speculation begin LOL when does the new season start hahahaha

I was wondering if I missed an explanation for what EJ took. I don't like it. They already did this to Tony once, when he was undercover for Jenny. I hated that storyline, and always thought it was a mid-story rewrite. Never seemed to fit together for me.

Maybe Phillip is part of the federal agency who led to P2P's emergence as a killer! ;)

No, he claims to be a "Navy Adjudicator", in which case it would be a very specific function with NCIS. But I agree that he's nuts:lmao::lmao:

No...he can wear whatever he wants...and it's Gibbs...anyone care to argue with him:confused3:lmao::rotfl2:

Black means "unacknowledged"........the rise of Dinozzo is iminent:rotfl2:

No explanation was given--see above post:rotfl2:

Sure he/she does. Retired military personnel keep their uniforms (other than the original gear handed out at basic or an equivalent training environment, we pay for our own stuff), but, it is a choice to wear them or not at special functions, ceremonies, etc. It is a little surprising that Gibbs opted not to wear his uniform, especially given he was a pallbearer. But, he did know Mike mostly through their contact via NCIS. Further, since Gibbs isn't one to want to draw attention to himself, perhaps the thinking was his character wouldn't want to "shine" at such a sobering occasion. ;)

What's the speculation on Ziva's new boyfriend? The text message he got at the end of the show last night?

I wonder if Gibbs didn't wear a uniform because Mike wasn't the 'wearing a uniform' type.

I think that's exactly why Gibbs didn't wear a uniform.

Good finale, wasn't it? Let's see what Ziva's boyfriend does at the start of next year.

Great closing on behalf of "Mike".

As suspected, Mike was dying. I just bawled my eyes out at the funeral and then when I realized that Gibbs had built the casket, OMGoodness :sad1:

I also burst into tears when I realized that Gibbs has been making Mike's casket for many episodes now. It bothered me this season that I could not figure out what he had been making and made me SO sad when I finally realized it.

It was a great episode and leaves so many unanswered questions for next year.
