THE MURPHYS are LIVE from the YACHT CLUB ~ May 25-June 1

Ok... So we started the fun with our fireworks cruise and it was amazing!!!!! We got to the dock at 8:30 and Connor was shocked!!! At first he was so surprised I thought he was going to cry. But then he got a huge smile, probably the biggest he's ever had! Our boat had a Happy Birthday banner and balloons. We had asked earlier about the grandparents and my husbands brother joining us and they said no problem. So there were 7 of us total. They provided soft drinks and snacks for us and we got to boat around the lake for about a half hour before Illuminations started. I took so many pictures and videos!

It was so amazing Is a totally different prospective , I highly recommend it for a special treat to celebrate any occasion!!

Erika I am so happy for you! Your DS looks so happy and I am sure you were thrilled! It *almost* makes up for the nightmare start of the trip.

Words cannot express what this night has meant to our family , I am so overwhelmed and filled with gratitude I might grab dear Amy tomorrow and squeeze the life out of her!!!! LOL What an amazing and incredible surprise!!!! I don't know if I want to laugh or cry!!!!! I wish I had my laptop so I could do about a million jumping dancing emoticons!!!!!! I LOVE DISNEY WORLD , I LOVE THE YACHT CLUB, I LOVE ALL OF YOU TOO!!!!! WOOOOHOOOOOO!!!!!!!!! ;D

What an example of great karma and pixie dust in action! You handled a difficult situation that will soon be a distant memory with charm and grace and now your son had a birthday that he will never forget. I love it when that happens it reminds me that the heart of why we all love Disney is that it is truly a magical place!!! :-D

According to the price list hanging at the Marina, specialty cruises start at $325, including the driver. The contact number is 407-WDW-PLAY, but unfortunately, I don't have an email.

Sometimes you can find posts of other guests who are looking to split the cost of an Illuminations, or other cruises.

What an amazing night! So nice to see all that they did for you. Disney is a big business, so not all is going to go smoothly, but it is so rewarding when they do all they can to make a guest happy with great customer service.

You will definitely have some great memories from this trip!

Sure and over on my photobucket page there are more photos. Also I took videos but I haven't uploaded them yet. I filmed the ride and the show. I wasn't sure wifi could handle them so I will probably upload them once I get home tomorrow.
