You amaze me! The way you keep up your cheerful attitude with all this going on is a real lesson. I don't get mad often, but repeated incompetence gets my redhead blood boiling and I would have completely lost it the way they keep compounding their mistakes. I think we got the best room on the 5th floor! Lagoon view looking right towards the boat dock. Also we got a free fireworks illuminations cruise for Thursday night!! I'm proud of management for making things right for us after such a crazy two days. Now we can relax and enjoy the rest of the week. Hopefully Saturday doesn't come too fast!

So glad you are on the 5th floor, in a room that you love!! It's good to hear that management finally made things right. That is so wonderful about the Illuminations cruise...have you done one of those before? We did one on our last trip for the third time and we absolutely loved it! It really spoiled us in terms of not having to stake out a spot way in advance to see the fireworks. We tried to reserve one for next week when we go to WDW, but they were sold out. We booked a Wishes Cruise out of the WL (where we are staying) instead, and are excited to try it out!

I hope you have a great rest of your trip, and I can't wait to hear more about it!

Fantastic! Glad things are finally working out for you. Now you can slow down and enjoy it a bit. I love that view of Crescent Lake, so relaxing. Sitting and watching the boats is one of my favorite things to do!
