The moving trucks are here - my wacko neighbor is moving!!

Woo hoo!!! Doing the happy dance! My crazy neighbor is finally moving!! The moving trucks just pulled up!! I was beginning to wonder if he wasn't going anywhere, because he was supposed to be outta here four days ago. Of course just last weekend he had to stir the pot again. My dd had a birthday party and sleepover with 10 of her friends, and for a little while they played kickball in the street in front of our houses. One of the balls went about three feet into his yard, and he freaked out and told the girls if they set one foot on his property he would call the sheriffs on them and Hayley's parents would be arrested. WTH?? He then starts videotaping them. I calmly walked over there, onto his lawn, retrieved the ball, looked his way (as he was videotaping) and told him that if he didn't stop videotaping and harrassing young girls in the street, not only would I call the sheriff but so would all these girls' parents. He went inside, but we could still see the light from his video camera on in the window. What a wacko! I feel sorry for the neighborhood he terrorizes next, but at least he won't be in mine anymore.

My dh wants to fire up the BBQ, sit on the front lawn with a six pack of beer and watch him move. I talked him out of it, told him it was too pretentious! But maybe I'll let him fire up the BBQ!

I think that I'd go videotape the moving truck to make sure they didn't set foot on your property. Then sue them if they do. Just kidding! But I might try taking some pictures when they are there (when he is there) just to drive him nutty (nuttier). Do you think he'll let my crazy neighbor move in with him?

Every time my dh walks outside, he's whistling "It's a Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood" - my other neighbor busted up laughing when he heard him! If anyone wants to buy his house (it's for sale) we'll help you move for free!!
