Our little alarm clock went off at around 6:30 and we all got up, had some breakfast in the room, and then I started packing up.
B. enjoyed his time by running around like a wild man.
I could tell that the trip had finally taken a toll on A. because she they are usually partners in crime, but she was content to just watch "Mickey".
And then, before you know it, it was time to leave. As we were getting the last of the luggage together, Rob asked if I wanted to sit on the patio one last time. I did, so we all went out there. He then said something that really surprised me, "Do we really have to leave this place?" I was shocked! He's usually one of those people that has had a good time but it's time to go.
I told him I couldn't believe he just said that, but he was talking about SSR, not WDW.

He really fell in love with that resort, so much so that he asked me prices on DVC SSR resale.

I know a lot of people don't like SSR, but for us, it's great. Rob isn't into the "themes" that much and he wants to feel like he is away from the parks when we are back at the hotel, so it's great.
We haven't bought DVC, but I do see it in the future for us in a few years.
I took a couple of shots as we drove away for the last time.
Our plan for this day was to eat lunch at DTD, finish up our shopping, and then go check in to our new hotel for the night.
We had ate a big breakfast that day trying to finish off most of our groceries, so none of us were very hungry at this point. So, we headed to WofD to do some shopping.
We got our mugs, photo albums, Christmas ornament, and magnet. A. also got June. She had wanted it for most of the trip, and she knew that if she asked Daddy he would say yes.
After that, we decided to go to the
Lego store. On our way, we stopped for this photo op.
The Lego store was INSANE. It was so crowded it was crazy! So, we came out and let the kids play at the play area. I also got a sweet Tea from McDonalds. I was disappointed because it was terrible, and really expensive!
I don't know who designed this play area, but they didn't do a good job. It almost all metal, so it was so hot! We didn't stay there long. This was the warmest day of our entire trip and we were hot.
We still had one CS credit for each of us, so we decided to go to WPE. It was so good! I got some kind of pasta (sorry, my memory is a little fuzzy at this point).
We decided to head to Goofy's and then to try to check in. I had saved a few snack credits to get some chocolate dipped pretzels. Imagine my surprise that you can no longer get them on the DP! I was so upset. In fact, you can hardly get anything in Goofy's with the DP snack credits. I felt like a bad Diser not knowing this and was upset that I hadn't used my snack credits at food and wine!
After that, we decided to head over to the Sheraton Vistana to see if we could check-in.
We got there around 2:30 and the room wasn't ready! I was so bummed. We decided to just hang out until 3, which was check in time. During this time we were watching this guy load his car and he was loading the luggage rack and he broke his wind shield! His food went right through it. Poor guy!
When I went in at 3 to see if our room was ready, they said something had happened and we wouldn't be able to check in for a few more hours!

I asked to speak to a manager, not to be rude, but to explain our situation. 2 kids, no naps, really hot outside. He was really nice and found a room for us. It was really nice.
We were all tired, but the kids were past nap. They were just slap happy. I took A. to the pool while Rob tried to get B. to nap. We came back about an hour later and guess who was still up!
We had debated going to DTD or a restaurant for dinner, but we were just all exhausted. Plus we had to be at the airport at 5 am!
So, we ordered Dominos and just hung around the condo.
We basically ate dinner, took baths/showers, and went to bed.
Before we knew it, the alarm was going off and we were packing up again!
We almost got lost on the way to the airport, not sure how since we had Margie, our GPS. I blame it on lack of sleep.
If you can believe it, the line to check our bags was so long! We waited about 45 minutes just to check our bags. Then when we walked up to security they were just opening new lines, so we were lucky and we were the first people in line. So, that was quick.
Soon enough we were at the gate, coffees in hand, waiting to board.
The flight home was uneventful and we made it home quickly.
