The most informative CM

I just made a resevation for BCV in November.

I had the CM who was determined to make sure I understood the implications of borrowing my points and cancelling. I got a 5 minute dissertation on this. LOL!! I know he was trying to be helpful so I just let him go on and on.

Oh well, I was surprised that I got my first choice without even waitlisting. I did have to borrow from next year since ALL of this year's points are long gone (and I have a March year end, Sad isn't it!)

I think the CM's are reading off a cue cards so a member can't come back later and say "nobody told me" or "I didn't know that". I think it has become a neccasary evil to basically overkill us with the policy's when making a ressie.

I call that dedication. Using all points available and not letting even 1 go to waste. I applaud your effort.....lol

And I get to call back tomorrow! I made the reservation for the wrong dates! LOL! I will probably have to waitlist now, but I know I can use the points this year so it won't be a total loss!

Well, that is one great question! I had the weekend of the 16th reserved. That has to change so.... who knows?

Did the pictures your daughter and husband took come out good. Some of mine are great, but since they jumped towards the judges I have a lot of backsides! LOL!@
