The arm flab seriously depressed me this trip. You know how you hang your arm out the window?? Oh. MY. GOSH!!!! I think I threw up a little when I saw how "loose" things were. I've re-evaluated my trip wardrobe and will definitely be wearing 3/4 length sleeves!!
