What do you have planned for that weekend? Nothing has been finalized yet as we are still a few months away from making ADRs (in November!), but the idea for the weekend was to do some group meals, and a big eat-and-drink-around-the-world in Epcot for Flower and Garden! That weekend also happens to start out with May the Fourth (Star Wars Day) so a few of us may sneak over to DHS to get our hands on some limited edition merchandise, and it's also Cinco de Mayo the day after, so I think some margaritas and a few orders of Mexico Pavilion's finest nachos is in order.

(Tracy is one of the few people that I have met up with more than once at WDW. One time was totally unplanned, but you'll have to read about that in my TR from 2015! So happy to see Tracy again as I think we are kindred spirits.)

I think most of my Dismeet photos are the same as Su-Lynn’s so I won’t double up
I do have one of me and @Steppesister from another December trip but I can’t for the life of me find it!

I think it would be cool though if we all could go to Top of the World to watch HEA from there, maybe after Ohana on the 3rd. What time were you planning on coming in that day?

I’m going to shoot for a morning flight on the 3rd, SW hasn’t published their schedule yet this far out, but I’d prefer a early flight gettting us in mid afternoon. Top of the World sounds fun! I’m sure we could make that work.

probably won't make a final decision until after the 1st of the year, but if I do go I'll be solo and would love to do a tour. I haven't done one since I was in high school

I’d also love to consider a tour if a smaller group is interested in doing that, or even a fireworks cruise.. something special for Devin’s birthday if anyone else wanted to share the cost.

Haha, thank you! We're all hoping we can be there at the same time so we hope it'll be as amazing as it sounds! That said, we're not stopping anyone from joining us when we walk around Epcot for Flower and Garden!!

We have a temporary itinerary. Ill share it once I get it more finalized. I'm working with Billie to organize the schedule.

I'm still around and reading everybody's input, I promise! I'm heading into the final week of the semester, and I know you know what that's like. But! Once I get through this week, then I'll have three glorious school-free weeks to jump back in here, and you and I can pow-wow!

Let me get through the next 7 days, and then I intend on getting my DIS on as much as possible (along with binge-watching the new season of Orange is the New Black). (At least until August 20th gets here and I get swamped again! )

I unfortunately did not win that lottery (but hey, no one did so trying again Tuesday and Wednesday, lol). I am seriously giving this some some thought. My niece (Godchild) turns 30 next year and I was thinking about bringing her down for a birthday trip with her mom...and since her actual birthday is July 3rd, we don't want to go then, and I LOVE May at WDW, I may have to make this happen...plus I would get to meet some of my DIS friends in real life!

So I actually talked to my daughter about this. She and I are seriously thinking we may be able to do this. If it's just her and I (have never gone anywhere with out DH and DS), She helps pay a bit since she is working, and we have almost a year to pay it off.... It's looking like it might be a reality instead of just a want. We are looking at May 4th-7th.


It would be an excellent pat on the back for me, as my FINAL finals would be the few days before this and then I will be done with school. It would be a nice relaxation before I have to take my Licensing test.

Just developed extra motivation to make this trip happen when I realized that it will be the week after my 5-year Brainniversary! I had been intending to do something big to celebrate, and a weekend trip to Disney to meet my friends seems like a pretty good option.
