The Mets won the NL East!

I know that this doesn't mean anything to a lot of you, but for me it is great! I've been a Mets fan since 1969. I've celebrated a few years (1969, 1986) and been disappointed many more. But tonight they finally clinched the NL East!!! It's only one step, who knows what will happen, but at least they are in the playoffs for the first time since 2000.

I would celebrate with you, but I'm a big Braves fan. I think it's the first time in 14 years we didn't win the division. The mets had a good year though, I'll give em that.

I LOVE the Mets. I am so glad the clinched! My DH and 2 of my boys are Yankee fans and the other is a Mets fan so our house will be an all out WAR if there is another subway series.
