My wife and son (who was 2 years, 2 months) went to Disney for a short trip with friends in October, 2014.
He had a great time and we kept our park days down to 2 days to not wear out the little guy. It was a fun time and he did some fun things, but we figured he would just forget about a lot of it because he was so young.
Fast forward to yesterday .. almost 4 1/2 months later.
Since we all had such a good time, I had decided to take advantage of his age (and free admission) and go one more time before he turns 3. I have been planning an August trip ( before/on his birthday) and got the vacation packet in the mail yesterday.
Of course he was excited to rip it open because it had the Incredibles on it (his recent favorite movie).
When he saw the Fast Pass+ symbol on the brochure he immediately was like "Bracelet!" and held his wrist up to the symbol!
My wife and I were shocked he remembered that .. from 5 months ago .. only 2 park days (MK and AK) ...especially since he didn't have a Magic Band himself that trip.
Needless to say ... Walt Disney World indeed makes lasting memories .. even in a 2 year old.
Just wanted to share ..
