Yay for the segway tour! How long was yours? The one I took in d.c. last summer was three hours...let me tell you that is a long time to stand on that thing...and yes I do believe it was the heat that almost made me pass out. D.C. is amazing though you should go sometime! We lived 20 minutes away last summer so we went quite a bit since there is so much to see and do!
The metro stop was like five mins from our apartment so we just took that to wherever we wanted to go in d.c. and walked from the metro station...was never very far to any one place. Plus its good exercise! Love all the fairy flower pics...so adorable! Your cake looks delicious! I would of ate it without dh haha. I don't know how we'll get our cake for our anniv. b/c the place is in ohio and we live in va so we'll see what happens. Happy belated anniversary!

You know I really think that is how I hurt my foot. I think the segway did it to me lol. Or that was just the last straw. Because a little after that was when it started to look swollen. I want to go to the Smithsonian in DC. That will be my first stop lol.
Yeah Pixie Hollow was adorable. OOH maybe they can send it to you haha. Crumbs in NYC ships cakes and cupcakes haha. We're going up to NYC next Saturday so I can not wait to try Crumbs bakery!! Go to the site, you have to see these cupcakes. Aww I know I love giraffes!

What a pretty cake! I can not believe that cake was only $40 - what a bargin. If you guys were like us you only got a couple of bites of your wedding cake so a whole slice is an upgrade.

Yeah it was not bad at all, and the thing was huge, and so heavy lol. On my wedding day I could not eat my whole piece because I did not have much of an appetite. It was good though!!

I've really want to do that tour, and now after hearing about it I want to do it even more!!! I think it sounds so fun. I would've freaked out passing the pin replenishment center. I would've need those sticky gloves (like in Home Alone 2) and would've ran out w/ a bunch of them.
