Linnie this must be the year for turning 40. Mine hits in December and I'm having a terrible time with it. I just can't believe how fast the time has gone. And your right, it's hard saying 20 years ago I did this or that. But I guess at least we can still remember 20 years ago. We'll be considered "old" when we can't. Hey, does this make us middle-aged??

Buzz, how offten/if ever do you change the oil in a fry daddy. I just used mine a couple of days ago for the first time in a while. DW walked in the house (the next day) and says "I STILL smell the fry daddy, how old is that oil?" Also considering taking it with us FRYday with us to the world?

Nope! My "stretchy" shorts are ALL BLACK. These are my workout shorts. It goes like this; I get home from work, change into shorts and exercise, then go upstairs to the play room and rock out.

You should figure out a way to incorporate your work out with your rocking out. I've seen some sweaty guitar players so I know they are putting some effort into it.
