Mmmm ... me loves me some garlic! I had garlic pizza for lunch yesterday.

After MK and swimming, we head back to the room. I’ve now gone a record sixteen hours without any type of alcoholic beverage to sustain me. It’s a record.

It's been a long while since I've had any alcohol ... Christmas Eve. I think we need a Buzz fest soon.

It’s 4pm on Day #2. MB is in his “jammies” thinking that once he puts them on, there’s no way we’ll make him leave the room to go anywhere.

We called them jammies too.

LG puts on her newly purchased, white Minnie shirt w/ white shorts. She’s very fashionable.

Must take after Linnie for sure!

Everyone except me puts on their Crocs. Geeks!

But comfortable geeks!

As they prepare our table, I wander around the lobby and take a few pictures. This is a beautiful restaurant that deserves it’s “due”.

This time, LtP is backed up like the Soviets at Stalingrad. Smarter than 8 months prior, and abstaining from carbohydrates, she wisely chooses the Rib Eye steak ( Ribeye Steak - grilled with portobello mushrooms, tomatoes, garlic, extra virgin olive oil and seasonal vegetables $35.95).

Sounds good to me minus the shrooms.

I’m hankerin’ for fish on this trip so Red Snapper is what Buzz orders ( Snapper - grilled filet of lane snapper with fried baby artichokes, garlic, lemon and white wine sauce $28.95).

Ooh! I also like me some snapper!

Speaking of wine...from a couple pages back...Buzz it is spelled gluhwein. Sometimes known as glogg or mulled wine. At Cost Plus we can get bottles of the mix. It is delicious. We has some on Christmas Eve. Just mix one bottle of the glogg mix with a bottle of red wine in a crock pot. I typically add a bit of water or orange juice to thin it down. Then we add a bag of spices, allspice berries, whole cloves and cinnamon sticks. To top it off I add some slices of a blood orange. It is delicious.
