OH my. Looks like I'm several drinks behind some of ya'll!

Here's a question for ya'll:

What's your favorite alcoholic drink in WDW and why?

Mine, of course, HAS to be the Ultimate Margarita at Cpt Jack's in Downtown Disney. Because it brings back a lot of fond memories of sitting by the lake, sipping my drink and nibbling on some food. :thumbsup2

For me it was a glass of South African Shiraz I had at Jiko. It was January 2nd 2003 and it was my last night in Florida on the College Program. The guys across the hall and my roommates decided to try a fancy restaurant for our last night together. I don't think they researched it very well because half of them didn't even order an entree when they saw the menu and prices. I went all out however with a flatbread, lamb shank with couscous, desert and some wine. I loved the ambiance of the place and the food was delicious. The wine was the best part though. The next morning I got on a plane home and it was almost 4 years before I could go back. That is a night I will always remember. It was also the last time I ever smoked a clove cigarette but that is another story. :rolleyes1

Don't knock em unless you have tried them. They are actually very sweet and smell better than regular cigs. Plus the ones I smoked were wrapped in black paper with a gold seal so they looked uber cool to smoke. :smokin:

Buzz- what page is your update on? Sheeeeesh! I can't find it!

Aren't you Mr. Popular!!!! :grouphug:

OK. I'm finally here (and caught up)! Wow! You guys were busy tonight.

So, to answer your question, I'll have to say a Lapu Lapu at Ohana the night we went to MVMCP last month. I sat there with my DH celebrating our 10th anniversary (without the kids) thinking about the future. It was gud. :lovestruc

Here's a pic for your enjoyment!

Sorry Ed. :rotfl2:

How'd you get the name Ed anyway? popcorn::

Gosh, Buzz. You must have been really drunk that night, since YOU NAMED HER!.

It was in the chat room on one of our party nights before Christmas. I think it was the night my DH was at the firehouse and posted the Canada: America's Hat logo he found online somewhere.

That night must have been a blur for you....

If we're talking favorite drinks in WDW, mine is wine. But wine is my favorite drink anywhere.
