Ok, all of our transportations, hotels are booked
I have finished my scrapbook items
I am starting to organize all the paperwork we need to bring. I am making a cruise folder.
Have bought my new grandson his first Halloween costume.
Made luggage tags for all of our luggage.
Started packing.
Got phone number lists handed out to people incase something happens when we are gone.
Got all the bills taken care of.

Have an extremely strong sense of excitement about me for I know the next two weeks will just drag on. After that the following three weeks will rush by.

I so rarely have a chance to dress up--we'll be dressing for special nights. My son is packing a tux. The pictures we take when we're "looking good" are some of my favorites. For some reason, dinner seems "nicer" when we're in "nicer" clothing.

The best thing about a cruise is that no one seems to care about how others are dressed. We all have different plans and different schedules. We have joined friends for drinks when we're in shorts and they are in formal attire after a visit to Palo.

My best advice: Wear what makes you feel good. It's YOUR cruise--enjoy.

One thing that comes to mind are some of my friends are inviting me to upcoming events/parties and I have to tell them with a smile on my face "sorry but I'll be on a cruise."

I just did the same thing last night too! I even sorted by cabin numbers and location. Didn't think about posting it since I figured most people already did this and I was slacking. Lol. I did mine on Word so this is better. Thanks for sharing!

My DW and I are booked on a United Airlines flight, departing San Juan Airport (SJU) Terminal B at 12:44pm. We are packing light.

Will be in Barcelona two weeks from today! But have a trip to Denver (from Virginia) for a wedding this weekend...so much to do.

Have I missed this--any 'official' confirmations for date and time for Chocolate Tasting and Champagne Girls?

Anybody have a list of movies we'll have onboard? Hoping for Maleficent, Million Dollar Arm, Muppets Most Wanted, Bears, and Guardians of the Galaxy (loved it, want to see Guardians AGAIN).

Finally hit single digits today before the start of my vacation. First I'll do a quick three day weekend visit to Disneyland for the Double Double Dare Challenge one day rest then I fly out to BCN.

Just to say wont be online much for the next few days as heading off to Belfast for a few days. By the time I come back it will be 11 days till holiday so very exciting.

Oh and if any of the people who organised the tastings pop in over here please could you possibly put up the final list of participants? Only asking as the Chocolate list in the navigator doesn't appear to be correct or I haven't signed up when I thought I had.

well I was worried about this too.. I gave DH the trip insurance policy and said see ya in Barcelona or Malaga or San Juan.. I got a med cruise so I leave tomorrow!

Ok, so I'm a big worry wart... I ALWAYS worry before a big trip like this that SOMETHING is going to happen that makes me miss the cruise, so this has me worried. In 2010 my friend got stranded in Iran for 2 weeks because of this volcano.

Haven't got the full list in work but definitely all of these were on there plus Captain America Winter Solider as they are all on my to watch list.

Oh don't I am panicing big style already! This holiday is turning into how many things can go wrong! So far I've had a Nato Summit coming to my town which means I've had to change my plans to fly out and head up to London the night before and now this! I can not cope with the stress!

I can't see you on the list I had! I would definitely message the organiser asap as I know someone dropped out a few days ago so they might be able to slot you in even thought it is closed as you were meant to be in there anyway!

I saw it yesterday as well. Karyn is supposed to arrive in London via Iceland so I also called her to let her know. I'm flying straight from Dallas to London and then we are supposed to fly from London into Barcelona. The thinking was just get across the ocean and then we have multiple choices.

Now I'm wondering if I should see if I can change to a more southern route - like maybe Rome. Oh, and OF COURSE, the one hotel I booked as non-refundable was the London Heathrow one - it was for one night - what are the odds?!?!?!?

I'm guessing there are alot of us on volcano watch - who would have thought after a year and a half of planning it may all come down to a volcano and good old Mother Nature! Sheesh!

I looked at the American Airlines site also for specific information about our flight from Miami to Barcelona http://www.aa.com/i18n/aboutUs/whereWeFly/maps/world.jsp&anchorEvent=false. It looks like they MAY be immune to anything the Icelandic volcano can throw at it.
