I just read that there is a shop in the cruise terminal called "DuFree." Can you purchase here, even if we have two more stops in Spain????

I don't know about the duty free, but I am buying some at el corte ingles
or any grocery store..

Yes, you can. We did in 2010. This time I'm hoping to hit El Corte Ingles the day before.

What is "Linked In Dining?" We are only a family of three but requested a table to ourselves. On one cruise, when we travelled alone, we got a nice, but somewhat odd bunch....

I don't decorate my door but not decorating my door has it's benefits. It's kinda like that house on your street that doesn't put up Christmas lights... easy to spot.

Yes you can. Last time (2010) they had standard alcohol (not many branded names but I know we got dark rum) as well as a few bottles of wine and sangria. I don't know what the prices were like though so may or may not be cheaper than the shop someone mentioned. As I'm flying in the night before I'm going to get something in the port (although might also get something at the airport too).

Who decorates their doors?

I've got a few magnets ready and a fish extender. As I'm in the corner of the ship its more so I know where my room in than for others to see but I'm still going to put it up.

Exciting times! All us GTY folks getting our room numbers at last. Fingers crossed the last few of you hear yours soon.

Welcome to the group all you new cruisers -- great to see more names joining the happy crew.

I am not sure if we will do door decorating or not -- we are first timers so can't really picture what it is like. Maybe ludari has the right idea and plain will be easier to find? Our location is right by the elevators -- so even with my poor sense of direction fingers crossed I won't get lost.

Just think -- two months today and we will be getting ready to begin our fourth glorious sea day in a row -- good times coming soon!
