Does anyone know when Disney will post all the available on shore excursions that you can choose from along with the cost? I know we can start signing up on the 23rd of June but I was wondering if the choices would be posted earlier so we could have time to decide what it is we want to do.
I also know that some things are listed as far as what we may want to do but heard nothing is confirmed yet for details on trips.

I am planning that different excursions may cost up to about $120.00 a person. Is that a safe guesstimate? More I save now, the more I can do then.

Just can't wait!

Welcome to our 'little family' of cruisers and to this thread.

Alex - this thread has been going since booking opened in February 2013 and a lot of us have cruised together before on the WBTA 2011 and those years before. As it has been going on for so long we are now on Page 2 of the thread but if you have the time Please start reading through from page one of THIS thread and it will give you some idea of what is going on.

Claire who looks after the roll call works so can only update periodically so don't worry if your name isn't added straight away but it would be helpful to her if you can post the numbers of your cabins too.

You cannot personal message anybody until you have 10 posts and to achieve that just keep posting with odd bits of information about you and your family - previous cruises you have done - any questions you may have.

Since this is my first cruise, I have tons of questions. Has anyone noticed if the resturants have vegertarin options?

Ginamarie - my friend is from Poland and I was considering LOT as well but it would have meant taking a separate airline from NC to Chicago. I ended up finding a deal on Air Canada so we didn't end up going that route. But she said she flies LOT all the time when she visits her family and has never had a horror story so

On the WBTA 2011, we had someone (Daniel) coordinate a pub crawl to the different bars. We even had a t-shirt made up to commemorate the event. This was really a lot of fun, and we had a lot of people sign up for it. Does anyone know if this might happen again this time? Just curious.....we had a good turn out for this event!

We reserved this cruise last March and just realized that we should start planning! This will be our 8th cruise, but first time travelling to Europe. We're very excited and trying to decide if we should spend a few days in Barcelona first, or visit Paris Disney then travel on to Barcelona.

So you are an old hand at travelling on ships, is this your first Disney cruise or have you cruised a lot with them?

Can I just say that you really need to start looking at hotels in Barcelona as most of the group here booked their rooms many, many months ago and the departure week is a large convention week in town so hotels are pretty busy. Look at hotels plus if you are thinking of staying for more than a night or two look at rental apartments seeing as there are 4 of you. They can be pretty reasonable from what others have said before.

As this is your first trip to Europe and you may not return for some time then if you can spare the vacation days then it would be wise to have a couple of nights or three in Paris and do Disney. I would suggest that you have 2 full days in Barcelona too. One to do the Hop On Hop Off and get to know the area and the other day to revisit in depth those things that interested you more.

We are a pretty helpful group with quite a few of us based in Europe so if you have any questions either re: the cruise or ports of call then don't be afraid to ask....
