The Magic Continues: AKL 6/13 - 6/20 - Pre-trip

June 13 - HIFS
June 14 to 20 - AKL

I started planning this trip in February and chose AKL after going to Jiko's for dinner in 2001. We got a great postcard rate of $200. for a Sahvanna View room. We were originally going to drive but found very reasonable direct flights to and from MCO for $188. Done deal. The flight in would arrive at 8 pm so we decided to stay offsite the first nite. A little reasearch here on the DIS lead us to the HIFS. I booked a minivan from Dollar for $300 including all taxes and additional driver fee. Done deal. I started making up our itenerary after asking the family what they wanted to do on this trip. I tweaked it and tweaked it, then tweaked some more!
I waited forever for the June hours to come out and went ahead and made most of our PS based on our family's touring style and looking at historical hours. Once that was done I waited and read the DIS every day sometimes several times a day to gather all information I could to make this the best trip ever!
