Yeppers I did! 'Ooorah! I have to go get my drug test on Wednesday. The most exciting thing in my blood stream is Nexium and Crestor, so not worried about that at all. And after my Bartender Moe (see Princess Aurora's Trip Report) experience the other night, I won't be drinking any margaritas any time soon, that I can assure you.

So Yea, by Easter I should be in my new position!

does anyone else try to get their dh or dw to sing the other part of the Disney song?

I have begged dh to be the Beast or Alladin...but he won't budge...any advice?? Lala?? With the Ruby reds...I KNOW you have dh "play" the Tin Man...or Wizard...you KNOW you do...on special occasions I bet you can even get him to be the Wicked Witch, right??

so my abs aren't as tight as Jasmines...and of course I have that Csection scar you all have heard about but still...I have darn good voice and HE is denying me my "prince..." it's not fair...

any advice on this anyone??

Sadly, no. My DH is certifiably tone-deaf and we discourage him from singing ... EVER! He thinks it is really funny to croak out any random song as flat and off-key as possible just to annoy us in the car.

I am the tone deaf one in my house.

Mr. Silly plays all sorts of instruments and is pretty good with the vocals too. He plays "When you wish upon a star" for me, well I like to think of it for me, on his Uke almost every night.

Do any of you remember Del's Wife from the TR board? She is too funny and I think she has a new report going. I think she might post to a lesser known Disney fanatic site.

Zurg of badshoe fame posts there too, I think. I haven't been there in a year or so, but wanted to give a heads up because it is a TR worth reading if Del's Wife wrote it.

Hey folks! Sunday is a busy day for me, as you might imagine. Been gone most of the day. And who ever believes that preachers only work for an hour on Sunday mornings...well, there's a phrase that I would toss out that involves your lips on my behind, but I don't talk that way, so we'll just leave it where it lies - know what I mean?

Anyway, the wedding went off without any major hitches. I read that some of you like wedding stories. I have a ton of them. Rhonda and I are going to write a book sometime on our wedding experience. I have some doozies!

The kids participated in the wedding last night - but only long enough to walk down the aisle. The 2 year old made it to the altar and started walking back and forth all over the kneeling pad, so his dad scooped him up and took him - along with the 3 year old.

Church was good today! Georgia Aristocrat - I was halfway expecting to see you this morning. I looked at your picture again before I left so that I could recognize you if you were there. And then you weren't.

I didn't work in Maelstrom this morning though. I'll save that for when I know someone is going to be there.

Rhonda got back and I was telling her about this thread and how fun it's been. She is in amazement that there are now 31 pages from only like 4 days. She will have to catch up tomorrow when she's at work and with nothing to do.

I will try - notice that I said TRY to get my trip report finished at some point in the next coupld of days. But I noticed something though - ever since the big lock downs of last week, there haven't been many posts on the TR board. COuld it be that is cause all of us nuts are over here now? And didn't I say at one point that I wasn't going to come over here? Oh well. We should never say never, huh?

We're headed to bed. Long day.

Javamom: I just noticed that we'll be in WDW the same time as you! Actually we'll be there 12/16-12/26! Staying at BC for the first time! I was actually just checking in over at TGM (I have a different name over there)...and noticed you in the Dec thread!!

My DH, unlike yours, has not decided to help me plan yet...but that is fine with me. I like it MY way! He thinks I am crazy for spending so much time on these boards and doing all kinds of planning.

I tried explaining to him about the lady whose son asked her about eating him if he was a donut baby...but I guess you kind of had to be there! He is NOT a Maelstromer. (YET)

Anywhoo...just wanted to let you know a fellow Maelstromer will be there same time as you!
