Grammy, I read your story--twice. Once again, you've made my day. BTW, the house next door is still for sale if you need a southern estate. I can walk to four grocery stores so spices are never a problem.

Could some of you come over this afternoon and help DS12 make spaghetti for a crowd for his boy scout project? I see sauce all over my kitchen. Help a girl out please.

Running to the herb garden as we speak!! Which flavor would you prefer? Might take me awhile to get there cause I am driving this :moped:

you can't blame Derek for falling in love with Meredith...it was ADDISON who he found in bed with his best friend.

horsegirlfriend, I got this .

Grammy, I knew I could count on you. I just made a pitcher of iced tea, so I'll be on the screened porch waiting with a glass for you. DS likes things hot and spicy, and he hasn't even hit puberty. Bring some Tabasco for the sauce...

Maelstromers - Where do I begin?

This is an addiction worse than any I have ever had. And for me that is saying something :rotfl:

I was up almost all night trying to catch up, and I still haven't read all the TR's or the photo contest. I was sooooooo feeling the love as I read last night. I was missed and I didn't even have to pout.

Most important thing is this - I have installed my verizon card in my notebook and it works. Without any help, on my own, without sleep. Granted it is kinda plug and play, but whatever!

I am working feverishly to finish up what I have to do at home and return to my high rise apartment in the sky. Only this time with contact to the rest of the world. I will have lots to say later, but you guys already know that. :smooth:

Hi Tink! You are still my favorite red head. Cause I miss you. :wave2:

Jamal and Horsey - glad to see that in my absence we had a voice of reason. :rolleyes1

till later guys :smokin: :woohoo: :stir: :surfweb: :bounce: :smokin:

and extra smoke for my Tink!

I love you, Grammy!!!!

I'm still trying to catch up, plus they are making me do that think they call work again today, so I'll just make a couple of remarks.

The cable thingy (I don't know what it's called, okay? It's in front of the house and it's green with big black wires sticking out of it) was at the house when we got home yesterday. Time Warner said 10-14 days after the cable was "terminated" (Dick's term, not mine - I swear I need "Internet installation terms for Dummies") we could have internet without cable. Whatever, JUST GIVE IT TO ME NOW!!!!!!!

Yes, people. I had a huge candy bar and a diet coke for lunch today, that's how bad it is. (This is not good when you are borderline hypoglycemic, by the way. I'm loopy right now but I'll be on the floor in a sugar coma in about 30 minutes. The staff has been alerted.)

Secondly, Dick said IF we had the money , I can go to the meet in October!!!
:Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

Okay, now I'm nauseous.

I think she was referring to my previous post (or was it the one before) where I asked her, LaLa, and Zzub (since they were talking "old" music) to tell me without using the internet, who originally did "Radar Love."

master G: I am totally stumped and anything older than 86 or so I was too young to remember so I get an "exception" for that one, I think...

I don't know....It was released in 1973...when I was 1....and I still know the answer.

Don't you ever listen to classic rock stations girl?!?

Tink, basically that means that they have run the wires in your neighborhood but have not actually connected them together (the black wires need to be connected, not sticking out), and they probably have to run a line from the green box to your house. That would explain the 10-14 days after the cables are terminated (depends on how quickly they could get a crew out to run the cable to your house).

I am applying right now, on line for a job at Wallyworld. I have some free hours on Sunday nights. Maybe I can stock shelves. I will send you the profits, if I pass the drug test. AND THAT IS A BIG IF.

Now, can we get Jami and my life will be complete.

I am trying to catch up but had to comment on this one :Pinkbounc :woohoo:

Tell Dick we all love him and think he is impossibly wonderful.
OMGosh, TINK, we are going to have so much fun, you gotta come.

Now I am skipping :cool1:

Time to go get my rug rats. See you all later. I will try to catch up on everything.

Hey MasterG I believe the group you are looking for is Golden Earring (who incidentally also had a song out in the 80's too)

Ok I had to look that word up in the dictionary, while trying to pack, Dis, apply for a job, and reap a harvest for Jami. Multitasking at its finest. Gotta love this wireless baloney.

:woohoo: Tink!!!! That is awesome!!!! Are you going to drive to Atlanta and pick me up?! ;) I'm still looking for a j.o.b. so that I can go.... :smooth:

PMM: :wave2: Hi back at you cutie! I went bathing suit shopping yesterday...and I must say it caused me to work out so hard this morning I nearly puked.

PONGO!! I went to the Coach store yesterday. I have decided I don't like the yellow purse as much in person....but I saw your bag and it is too cute girl.

HORSEY!!!! Did you see my post about the tunes? If not....it is Limewire.com.

GRAMMY!!!!...do you listen to Kenny Chesney? Have you heard "There Goes my Life"? For some reason I thought of that song when you were telling your sweet story.

Howdy to all my other imaginary friends!!!!

Even if they have heard the song that doesn't mean that they would know the name of an obscure Dutch group (1 hit wonder, at least in the US, and it wasn't that big a hit either) ;)

Grammy I am impressed, and I love your screen name. I never ever picture you with hair, um, I mean with grey hair...
