I'm not usually liking baldness, but I really like Patrick Stewart. It's the voice. Even when they Borged it up. Techno-accent. From Shakespeare to the outer reaches of the universe. To, apparently, being Bambi's dad. He's sooo awesome.

Who are the Riddlers? And how dare they change Chappie's name? :sad2:

Had to wait my 20 seconds............

WHOO HOO - We made it to page 200! :woohoo:

I'll drink to that! :drinking1

Maelstrom.............is a fastpass!

I think this is strangely appropriate tonight . . .

Hmmm, I am waiting until my boy gets a little MORE asleep before I move him from Sissy's bed to his own, and my hubby has already retired for the night, so I can stay as long as I can stay awake. And an adult beverage sounds LOVELY . . .

Horseyponygirl . . . Wow, I can't remember the last time we were actually on at the same time . . .

Did everyone catch that the Riddlers renamed Chappie? They decided his real name was SPIKE

Hey GA- Finally! how are ya girl? I know I just typed to Yak that I like double entrendes.

My Dh is watching CSI, Apollo and the great PBN Auction tonight. It is very exciting here at the stead tonight.......

No! Spike. He must love that. I haven't been able to get on much these days and missed the riddles. I couldn't get it the other day. Have you been in? I 'll have to check.

Hay, Tagged, girl. How sweet. You know I was very upset that all these funny people made me lose my mouseketeer title. I don't wanna be a veteran. It implies old and warlike. Mouseketeer exudes animal youth and exuberance!

OMG that description of the Rotties, GA, ishkabibble.

My drink du soir is Kahlua and 1/2 & 1/2 in a McDonald's commemorative 2000 Epcot glass (Sorcerer Mickey)

They were a donation at one of the Department functions - I also have AK glasses - I think I ended up with 6 or 8 - I was trading people for the kids games and candy. Come on - they didn't really need any of it, but I NEEDED more WDW glasses . . .

WHOO HOO - DS just asked to go to bed.

I'll be back in a minute

Speaking of musical beds ...

The other night I went in to kiss everybody goodnight before I turned in, and did a "Whaaaat the??!" Conor's not in his bed. Top OR bottom bunk. Breathe. Check in the girls' room. Oh, there he is, in Piper's bed. So where's Piper? Huh? In the crib. She's soo too big for that! But where's my baby? Ah, 2nd glance, she's in Piper's bed too, on the inside over by the wall, with Conor snuggled up to her. Didn't see her there. Did a little "phew" to have the ducklings accounted for, and then "awwwww" at their precious little faces all sleepy.

Oh I can see the patrick stewart thing... but more in a card playing grandfatherly way. No j'adore the dark strong types. Loved italy when I was there as a chick. How 'bout early bond with sean connery? or even better peirce brosnan, he's a cutie, but still not gods like Ger.

There is a riddle thread each day. I sometimes try it. Sometimes not. Chappie frequents it more than here obviously, as they have nicknamed him. He is ditching us for punsters. We weren't hot enough for him. or too long winded. Chappie, come back....

You know, some days I respond, but others, like when I don't get to the riddle until after lunch, I just skip it. And I don't respond unless I can get it on my own - I'm with Lou that googling is just, well, cheating, at least for me, although I don't care if anyone else does. :confused3

Ermmmmm, yeah, it felt even more, yeah, ishkabibble is a good description. But, you know, life with animals - it's never boring.

Strangely, I only have one pet, and it is an outside dog . . .

Whew! I may have to throw in the flag with keeping up with you all. My brain is rocked tonight from a lemon-drop free RoundUp at the elementary school. They did, however, serve Chic-Fil-A sandwiches and nuggets and Maggie Moo's ice cream. It was a food fest rather than a booze fest. Aren't you all jealous?

Feeling the pressure from Lou, I did post another chapter in the trip report today.

Anytime Lou! :goodvibes

(It was you that got the tag fairies to notice me, wasn't it? Uh huh, I thought so. See, you have near God-like status in my world. I mean, who else could find such PERFECT pictures for any occasion?)

Horsey - Well, I think YAK actually wants to make it to 3000 tonight. I am still quoting Arthur - one of the funniest movies ever made. I think. I'm like :rotfl2: and :lmao: every time I see it. Still. And I've seen it many, many, too many to count, times.

ok, so I went for my walk tonight right three laps in and then it was stair time..the park has these REALLY REALLY steep hills on a couple sides...so I run the stairs and he runs the hills...I mean seriously what was I thinking, I haven't worked out in at least 6 months, I am so not going to be able to move tomorrow!!! I should go do it again tomorrow.... if I lose a couple pounds, Mel will have to fight me for the size 4 bikini!!! (Although it didn't help that I just ate some ice cream.... but it was light ice cream so it's ok)

Tonight would have been a GREAT night for chatting...we still can if anyone wants to

Nevermind... I was attempting to be funny, but it didn't work out

Update about the reception meeting...

They still didn't have anything for us. I don't know if I said this already. They claim that they are going to give us a check for like 500 and something dollars...we shall see. They have another "meeting" on Monday.

Hey I only have 3 weeks of classes left, then I have finals. Then my summer classes start on the 30th but those are only 6 weeks...

* freaks out* They posted the dates for MVMCP on the Dis, hasn't been confirmed by other sources yet though. Lots more dates this year though if this is correct... so I have to go figure out how all this now fits in to my itinerary! Wooo Hooo! Now if they will just place those tickets on sale PDQ!! Last year is was April 30 or May 1.

M I C K E Y !

:teeth:

Not a posting hog!

Hmmmm, wonder where everyone is? They were just here, but now everyone's hiding . . .

from me . . .

I'm certain . . .

but not paranoid . . .

I need to catch up on some trip reports - maybe that's where everyone else went? :confused3

Okay PPG - I gotta, as your friendly attorney who cannot give legal advice because I am employed by the state, ask . . .are you talking about $500 ABOVE your money that you deposited for the hall??? Because I gotta say, without giving you any semblance of legal advice ;) that they should have to return your deposit PLUS pay the difference to book a comparable facility whatever that amount might be. Please tell me it is an extra $500 and that it will cover the cost of the new location . . .

Today's court count:
a measly $700 cash
one out of custody going to jail
one in custody released
four in custody, still in custody
It wasn't a great day for the children of Georgia. :guilty:

Horsegirl - here's my guesses on your crushes, better later than never

I saw those dates too Steph, but none of them help me any. I was hoping that I could go again, but sadly I don't think that it is going to work out. I would gladly buy tickets again..worth every penny of the price of admission

Does she like Allen Iverson perhaps???

GA... Thank you so much for asking :) our deposit was 250, the new place cost us another 200...we are not getting as much stuff at the new place but whattaya gonna do...they are also going to pay for us to get the colored napkins because they would have been included but now we have to pay for it, so they are trying to take care of us "I think", but they are dragging their feet. We have been seeking the advice of our attorney so we know we have a contract with them... :teeth: so they are going to pay us the cost of booking the new place

I have to say you're right, Gem! (that's your name, right?) I do adore Patrick Stewart but don't think I'd consider him "Hot."

Now Orlando Bloom, (especially in POC, where he's got some sort of accent) =hot. I might be a creepy dee old lady for thinking so since he's a lot younger than me, I think.
