Hey Harley, I used to get whopper headaches around that time o' the month, and I started eating Gen Soy Chocolate Soy Nuts-the soybeans have estrogen in them and that's supposed to ease headaches. And the chocolate's supposed to be a mood lifter.

Here's the funniest part-they're in the health food section of the supermarket! Whatever! They taste good and I think they work on headaches-although if it's the placebo effect, don't tell me because they're really, really good.

Ok, the girls rounded up all their library books, I'm off!

ps Yeah, Bonnie, I was kraka lackin' that day on picniptag chaos-I'm not usually that fast on my mental feet.

Bonnie - don't be too Tweak tweak tweak.. it will drive you mad! I think it takes a lot for a signature to look bad - I've never thought yours looked bad. What's with the cow? I like the mappy thing - very funny - but is there some other significance?

Oh also I'm gonna add this to the TOM comment. I don't know how you feel about BC pills but there is a new one on the market called Yasmin (sp?) It doesn't have the same meds as all the others and it's supposed to help lessen the intensity of cramps. When I go see my Dr. (acutally NP) I'm gonna talk to her about Yasmin, but my problem with cramps is due to endomitriosis (sp?) So I actually have a prescription for 800mg IBprofin to help with the cramps. My NP said if the Ibprofine doesn't help she may give me something stronger!

Don't do the Yasmin, I did and it did nothing for the migraines, and it can severely affect your potassium levels which can cause heart arrythmias. I had to stop taking it because my heart started doing these weird fluttery things, and my doc said she didn't like the whole potassium based progesterone.

Try the Nuvaring, it's the only bc I can use that I don't get monster headaches from when I'm er, riding the cotton pony...

Hey everyone! I think I might be online more now that the extreme nausea has passed Nobody bothered to tell me that side effect until after the procedure! I guess they knew I wouldn't do it as I hate nausea! Tylenol extra strength is the best thing ever as the pain killers make me sick. OK, whine over.

DH is trying to get a Art Teacher position this summer, and he interviewed at my old high school rival yesterday. So cross your fingers for us!

Thanks! It's been such a long summer. this is his fourth interview! There are just so many displaced teachers in the area from cuts a few years back.

My mom called to tell me that the job was posted today. When I went to tell him, he said, "I interviewed for it yesterday." I'm like "what!!?" I thought he didn't want me to blab to everyone I know about it, but he said he wanted to surprise me if he got it, since it's my big rival and all.

It would be so perfect too, because the library I work for is in the same city as the school, so i'd have a contact at the school and maybe we could eventually move to this city (it's great, right next to the city we currently live in) and pay less taxes. Plus the school is where my parents went. We always had so much fun with the big rivalry football game in my house with my parents cheering for the rival and me and my brother cheering for our school. that would be too cool!

Okay, breathe must have patience...whew...

I popped in to say hi and catch up on what's going on. We're so busy packing and running around. DH keeps hogging my computer. He's home and it's hard to get computer time until later. Between storms and computer hogs, I'm offline alot.
