I'm leaving work (Yay!) in a little while to go donate blood, and then this afternoon DS and I are going to open his new college checking account and do some clothes shopping. Did anybody notice when my cute little red-haired boy turned into a 6-foot college freshman?

No, he's the last. Our oldest is 22 and is just starting graduate school. It's certainly going to be different with just DH, me, and the German Shepherd who owns us!

Carol. We have a German Shepherd too. Rules the roost. I evern tell her she's in charge when I leave the house. Of course, she already knows that.

You all seem to know each other's names, how'd you do that so fast? I am going for an MRI later. Anyone ever had one? I haven't. I don't really know what to expect. I hope I don't have to get naked, I'm not much into public nudity. (I'm planning on the TF not catching that remark, as fast as this thread goes, surely she can't keep up, right?)

I had an MRI on my wrist before. You don't have to get naked, and you just go in a big tubelike machine that takes scans. It takes awhile and you have to keep absolutely still. They tell you to sleep but I was afraid I'd move around if I slept so I just laid there reciting lyrics of songs to myself to pass the time!
