NO!!!! I'm not mad, just upset that you are having trouble and I can't help!!! Can I do anything? I don't even know what is going on, but apparently it upsets you to talk about it, so I don't want you to get upset anymore!

Paige, I don't know that much about your life...but I do know that sometimes internet friendships are REAL and sometimes they are better and stronger than real life ones...

From what I've seen of the chatters here, it would take A LOT to make them disappear forever!

What she said...she was way more eloquent (did I spell that right?) then I could have been...

Sweet Mary...I just said "aww...Mary is sweet" and my dh just looked at me and said "I hope you haven't been smoking that sweet Mary Jane" . I think he is implying that me talking to his computer out loud is some sort of crazy thing to do

It does not upset me to talk about it . It upsets me to live it. Dh is sick and has been for several years. We thought he was better. He's worse. It's incurable unless it just cures itself. That's it in a nutshell.

It does not upset me to talk about it . It upsets me to live it. Dh is sick and has been for several years. We thought he was better. He's worse. It's incurable unless it just cures itself. That's it in a nutshell.

But is it treatable?

I mean...is there something to at least relieve his symptoms and make him feel better?

I am the same way..When I think I've hurt somoeone's feelings...I OBSESS over it..as you saw last week when I thought I offended Shug....

It just means we have big hearts!! Doens't mean we can't be snarky....we just feel bad about it...

R2, I'm a freak and a mess. Sorry you had to see me this way........... But that's how I am inside all the time. And I have my susicions on how I got this way, but that would take a LONG time to go over.

Jay, did you have to promise more cooking to get his computer????

He's on a drug to slow down the damage to his liver..........but it isn't slow enough. The symptoms increase as the damage does, but right now it's just muscle cramps and fatigue.

The new disease he has can be helped with strict diet and exercise........they think.

He is still to be checked to see if he needs treatment for diabetes and high cholesterol, since there's a big link between his NASH and those.

And then the big threat is liver cancer. Which I won't think about right now.

Don't apologize for FEELING!! It's what makes us human, and makes us care for one another.

Just let yourself feel miserable, don't hold it in...and know that we will understand! Later, after you get all those bad feelings out, you can regroup and be stronger...for yourself, your DH, and your boys.

Paige I am so sorry!! I don't know if you are religious at all, and I don't try to push that on anyone, but we are. I will just tell you that I will keep you and your husband in my prayers all the time and I will pray for healing and peace. What is your husband's name, if it is ok, I'll have him placed on our prayer chain? It couldn't hurt, it might help. I believe that God hears our prayers. My husband was born with a heart defect and it was not found until 7 years ago, well 3 years ago, he had to have open heart surgery, his heart was so sick it was about the age of a 80 year old man. I almost lost him, but he is fine now. Alot of prayer helped. I'm rambling and I'm sorry, I'll do whatever you want.
