I work in a college Athletic Department. On the weekends, I supervise the Gym and Fitness Center from 2 pm - 5pm. I get a lot of work done in my office if my work-study students come in and keep an eye on the Fitness Center. I have my "regulars" who are in every weekend, so I don't worry about them.

Nope, Northern NV. Have you always lived in Philly?

Born and raised in the Philly area. Probably will live the rest of my life here, even though I've considered moving elsewhere.

Whenever I think of LV, I think of the 2 TV shows that take place there.

I lurked here every now and then, until after my recent trip, which was when I started posting. I figure this is the place to share about my trip, since most people around me, really aren't that interested.

I know what you mean. A lot of people around me could care less for Disney. My mom and I are the big Disney fans. We're taking my DD (who will be 15 months at the time) on her first trip to Disneyland next summer. Can't wait! My DH doesn't like Disneyland. It's amazing how crazy I am for Disney and didn't discover disboards until April of 2005. To think I was away at college for a year in 2001 and was on the internet a lot. Amazing!

I just REALLY humiliated myself. I always thought the "D" standed for Disney when referring to family, friends, etc...People told me what it really standed for after I started a thread about Disney name calling.

Sorry, I just popped over here looking for Bonnie and saw this. To some people it does stand for that, so don't feel bad. Very often it means damn to me, but I'm just like that. To most people it means "dear".

It's okay Teresa...........somebody's always confused about that. It can actually stand for whatever you want it to.............some say dear, some darling and some say d***.
