He picked the minis. I hope they don't think I'm cheap.............but they probably will work better, you know kids never eat a whole huge cupcake.

Mar, we can't do ANY thing..........I got in trouble my first year of teaching because my team leader said we did Fall Festival........not even "you can" but "we all do"...............there's still a note in my personnel file over it.

Have ya gotten all that last minute shopping done now?
DH and I are going to go thru our stuff this weekend and figure out what else we need to get. I know I need a pair of tennies, DH probably needs them too!

Normally I would agree.....but my teens have a knack for pissing me off these days....How much is military school? Or boarding school.....somewhere where they live somewhere else until they are grown?

Ooh, you better get those soon and get them broken in! I have gotten everything done except oldest DD....youngest DD claims she "needs" stuff too, but when I pin her down, like over a new swimsuit....she is all set. See? Brats I tell ya..

Speaking of postcards....

Drew and I have been at the post office so much over the last few months. I have been selling stuff on Ebay to make all of our spending money for our trip. Anyway, Drew has gotten to know the lady who works there so well that she sent him a Halloween card that had a dollar in it. How sweet is that? He was SO excited. Sooo, we went to the PO after I picked him up from school so he could say thanks!
