Alright, if we're going to keep chatting I'll stay for a little while.

I live in a neighborhood....a small town with about 3500 people. Our house has 3 BR, 1BA. It is about 80 years old and has a lot of old woodwork and original hardwood floors in the bedrooms, dining room, and LR. We are looking to build in the next 3-4 years.

Sounds beautiful.

We just moved a little over a year ago into a new subdivision.......we built. Went from 2 bedroom w/ playroom to 4 w/playroom. 2 stories...........dh's dream house. He grew up so very poor, and he is just thrilled with this house. We weren't ready financially for it yet, but had to move quickly as the neighborhood we were in was heavy on the negative influences for our son.

Yes..........much better neighborhood..........great school. We like it very much, but it do take a bite from the paycheck..........

Just stink b/c I am stuck in a stinky job, don't thinkI passed and my loans are coming due!!!

Dh goes every couple months for tests/procedures. I had a tumor removed.
